A letter to the best wedding creators in the world by Josh Withers
Friends comment on my volume of professional output, "you're so busy" and "how do you do it?!"
I (try really hard to) batch my time efficiently then automate what I can.
With this letter for example, I don't always have something good to write every day, but some days I have a lot. Just now in a Balinese cafe I've written letters for the month ahead Aisle Authority. Are they all winners right now, no, but they're great starters.
Every day or two I respond to my daily reminder (a daily reminder in Apple Reminders) to write this letter and I'll edit, rewrite, delete, reschedule letters I've written. Like right now in the Melbourne Qantas Lounge I've just re-edited and re-written the week ahead.
Very few people are consistently good without systems and supports. Start with a calendar, work towards a system, eventually bring on staff.
