A letter to the best wedding creators in the world by Josh Withers
Ben has been using ChatGPT to help provide ideation and structure for emails, blogs, and social media content and he's asking about next steps, what's the next level?
One recommendation is to integrate AI more deeply into your customer interaction processes. For instance, consider using AI to customise and automate responses to frequently asked questions on your website. I have a Zapier routine that sends a personalised version of an auto-responder to enquiries so that instead of getting an out-of-office email, or a templated response, they get a ChatGPT-written email response to acknowledge the enquiry, provide some early information, and also solidify my place as an early responder, before I actively send an actual personal email later.
Another area to look into is AI-driven analytics tools. These can help you understand client behaviour and preferences better by analyzing data from your interactions and website visits. This insight can be incredibly valuable for refining your marketing strategies and personalising your services to better meet the needs of your clients.
I've also been getting ChatGPT's analysis of my financial data, analysing trends in finances and also enquiries, plus it helped me find two missing transactions in my accounting software this week - apparently American Express doesn't send disputed-transaction-refunds as transactions to Xero.
Plus there's the whole world of LLM and GPT-enabled apps and technologies slowly coming out, like MidJourney, Viggle, and tools like Notion providing AI-flavoured notes.
