Cafes exist. They're a proven business model. Why don't they actually choose a deliver a better product with a different but also great business model?
The hotel I stayed at last night, The Larwill did and they've now got a place for guests to have breakfast, but also a popular local cafe and restaurant in Farmacy.
Sometimes a good decision is just a single good decision away.
